Job Summary

The Billing Coordinator II is responsible for researching and resolving billing exceptions within assigned districts. This includes auditing billing agreements, working Salesforce cases, processing revenue rejections, vehicle changes (VCNs), and end-of-month closing activities such as accruals and variance research. Strong communication skills are essential for interfacing with operational locations and internal departments.

Essential Functions
  1. Research and resolve billing exceptions daily for assigned districts.
  2. Investigate mileage variances and discrepancies.
  3. Provide backup support for other Billing Coordinators as needed.
  4. Communicate effectively with field operations via email or phone.
  5. Ensure billing accuracy by researching discrepancies and previous billings.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general software knowledge.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

Additional Information
