Woodward Tahoe in Truckee, CA is hiring a Rental Services Assistant Manager to oversee the rental and demo shops, lead the team, and ensure guest satisfaction. The role supports the Rental Services Manager and drives revenue through pricing and process improvements.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of supervisory experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems. The position is full-time with a seasonal schedule based on operational needs.

• Experience supervising 10+ employees preferred.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining strong attention to detail.

• Strong business planning and measurement skills.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• RTP/Intouch or equivalent rental POS experience is a plus.

• Assist with hiring, training, developing, and overseeing Rental Services team members.

• Support the development and implementation of annual revenue center plans and strategies.
• Contribute to revenue growth through pricing, sales, process improvement, and performance tracking.
• Assist with managing daily operations for a department that operates 7 days a week during peak seasons.
• Sell, fulfill, and assist guests with rentals of ski, snowboard, mountain bike, and other action sports equipment.
