Job summary

Impact RTO in New Jersey is hiring for an advancement-focused store leadership role. The position emphasizes growth toward future management and offers training opportunities, a family-style environment, and immediate hiring.

Starting pay is $19.00 per hour based on experience, with benefits including paid sick, vacation, holidays, 401(k) with match, profit sharing, and employee development through YOUniversity. Expect a 5‑day workweek with Sundays off.

Qualifications

• Two years of assistant management experience preferred.
• Profit and Loss experience preferred but not required.
• Heavy lifting required.
• Computer proficiency in a Windows operating system.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid High-School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Possess a valid state Driver’s License.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Be legally permitted to work in the US.
• Must be able to pass a background check and motor vehicle records check.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance to meet and exceed established sales standards.
• Recruit, develop and retain an effective store team.
• Monitor and ensure total customer satisfaction.
• Create, manage, and execute plans to increase sales and profits.
• Manage and execute plans to achieve store account management standards.
• Manage store performance by budgeting and analyzing various reports.
• Manage store inventory by ordering, receiving and transferring products to ensure revenue and profit growth.
• Organize daily activities including scheduling coworkers to meet needs of the store.
• Manage and secure the assets of the store.
• Assist with customer deliveries and merchandise set-up when needed.
• Any other duties assigned by the Regional Manager.
