Impact RTO Holdings dba Rent A Center is hiring for an entry-level delivery and customer service role in Georgia. No experience required; we train you and offer a clear path into management.

You’ll drive a company truck, deliver and assemble furniture, assist in-store tasks, and interact professionally with customers. Salary starts at $15.00 per hour with monthly bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record (at least 1 year of driving).
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and move heavy furniture.
• Friendly and professional when talking to customers.
• Must pass a background check and MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances.
• Load and unload items, with safety guidance provided.
• Set up furniture and appliances in customers’ homes.
• Treat customers with respect and communicate clearly.
• Occasionally participate in creating social media and marketing content.
• Collect payments when needed.
• Keep the truck clean and organized.
• Help in the store between deliveries and as needed.

What You\'ll Do
