Job summary

Impact RTO Holdings, doing business as Rent-A-Center, is hiring for an entry-level delivery and customer service role. You’ll drive a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances, help customers in their homes, and assist in-store tasks.

No experience is required and training is provided. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with Sundays off, a starting wage of $15.00 per hour, and benefits including insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and annual bonuses based on store performance.

Qualifications

What You’ll Do

This is a driving and customer service job. You’ll be on the road most of the day delivering furniture and appliances to customers’ homes, picking up items, and occasionally collecting payments. You’ll also help out in the store as needed assembling items as well as assisting in customer facing tasks.

• Drive a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances
• Load and unload items — we’ll show you how to do it safely
• Set up furniture and appliances in customers’ homes
• Treat customers with respect and communicate clearly
• Occasionally participate in the creation of social media and marketing content, including photos and videos, as‑requested to support Company initiatives.
• Collect payments when needed
• Keep the truck clean and organized
• Help in the store between deliveries- We provide the training

What We’re Looking For

• Must be 18 or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record (at least 1 year of driving)
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and move heavy furniture
• Friendly and professional when talking to customers is a MUST
• Must pass a background check and MVR check
