Impact RTO Holdings dba Rent A Center is hiring an entry-level Delivery Driver in Helena-West Helena, AR. You\u2019ll drive a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances, assist in-store when needed, and provide excellent customer service during home deliveries.

No prior experience required—training is provided, with opportunities for advancement into management. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), paid time off, and a 5-day work week with Sundays off.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record (at least 1 year of driving).
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and move heavy furniture.
• Friendly and professional when talking to customers is a MUST.
• Must pass a background check and MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances.
• Load and unload items — we\'ll show you how to do it safely.
• Set up furniture and appliances in customers\' homes.
• Treat customers with respect and communicate clearly.
• Occasionally participate in the creation of social media and marketing content, including photos and videos, as requested to support Company initiatives.
• Collect payments when needed.
• Keep the truck clean and organized.
• Help in the store between deliveries- We provide the training.
