Job summary

Impact RTO Holdings in Tennessee is seeking an entry-level Delivery Driver. No experience needed; we train you. You’ll be on the road delivering furniture and appliances, loading and unloading, and assisting in-store tasks.

This role offers a 5-day workweek with Sundays off, paid time off, holidays, and benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and employee discounts. Higher pay for bilinguals; monthly bonuses based on store performance.

Qualifications

• We’re not looking for a résumé, but we’re looking for someone reliable who shows up, works hard, and treats people right.
• Must be 18 or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record (at least 1 year of driving).
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and move heavy furniture.
• Friendly and professional when talking to customers is a MUST.
• Must pass a background check, drug screen, and MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances
• Load and unload items — we’ll show you how to do it safely

• Keep the truck clean and organized
• Help in the store between deliveries - training provided

What You’ll Do

This is a driving and customer service job. You’ll be on the road most of the day delivering furniture and appliances to customers’ homes, picking up items, and occasionally collecting payments. You’ll also help out in the store as needed assembling items as well as assisting in customer facing tasks.
