Impact RTO Holdings is hiring an entry-level Delivery Driver/Customer Service Associate in Dayton, KY. You will drive a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances, load and unload items, and help in the store between deliveries. No experience needed; we train you and offer a clear path into management.

The role includes a 5-day work week with Sundays off, paid time off, holidays, health benefits, a 401(k), and monthly bonuses. Bilingual candidates may receive higher pay.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record (at least 1 year of driving).
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and move heavy furniture.
• Friendly and professional when talking to customers is a MUST.
• Must pass a background check, drug screen, and MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances.

What You’ll Do

This is a driving and customer service job. You’ll be on the road most of the day delivering furniture and appliances to customers’ homes, picking up items, and occasionally collecting payments. You’ll also help out in the store as needed assembling items as well as assisting in customer facing tasks.
