Job summary

Impact RTO Holdings in McMinnville, TN is hiring for an entry-level delivery and customer service role. You’ll drive a company truck, deliver furniture and appliances to customers, pick up items, and assist in the store as needed. No experience required; we provide training and offer a clear path into management.

You must be 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and be able to lift 50+ lbs. Benefits include PTO, holidays, insurance, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record (at least 1 year of driving)
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and move heavy furniture
• Friendly and professional when talking to customers is a MUST
• Must pass a background check, drug screen, and MVR check

• Load and unload items — we’ll show you how to do it safely
• Set up furniture and appliances in customers’ homes
• Collect payments when needed
• Keep the truck clean and organized

What You’ll Do

This is a driving and customer service job. You’ll be on the road most of the day delivering furniture and appliances to customers’ homes, picking up items, and occasionally collecting payments. You’ll also help out in the store as needed assembling items as well as assisting in customer facing tasks.
