Job summary

Hazel Valley Homes in Oklahoma City, Dallas or Tulsa is seeking a Production Manager (Project Manager, Renovations) to lead residential renovation projects for single-family rentals. You will plan budgets, schedules, vendor workflows and quality controls to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and top standards.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years as a Construction Project Manager or 5+ years PM experience in general construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials and methods.
• Proven full project life cycle management from inspection to completion.
• Experience with Salesforce and Renowalk preferred; proficient in Office tools.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand construction plans.
• Knowledge of local and national building codes, safety regulations and permits.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong negotiation skills.
• Highly adaptable, organized, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Willingness to travel within the region to different sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of residential renovation and turn projects from inspection to handover.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, vendors and consultants to meet goals.
• Review and approve invoices and change orders.
• Implement quality control to meet timeline, specs, workmanship and codes.
• Identify risks and mitigate delays or issues in construction.
• Ensure permits and documentation are obtained before construction begins.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on progress, budget and risks.
• Ensure smooth transitions from construction to resident occupancy.
