Job summary

Hazel Valley Homes is seeking a Production Manager to lead renovation projects for single-family rental properties. You will oversee inspection, scope creation, budgeting, and construction cycles, coordinating with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or equivalent not required; strong construction PM experience required.
• Experience managing full project life cycles from inspection to completion.
• Proficiency with basic office software and field mobility tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential renovation and turn projects from inspection to handover.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and consultants.
• Review invoices and change orders; ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to keep projects on schedule and budget.
• Ensure permits and documentation are secured before construction starts.
