Main Street Renewal is seeking a Renovation Superintendent to independently inspect properties, coordinate repairs, and prepare repair bids to support renovation of MS Renewal homes across the metro area.
Responsibilities include managing budgets, scheduling work, ensuring compliance with standards, and documenting the rehab process with before/after photos. Strong communication and leadership are essential to deliver high-quality, timely results.
The Renovation Superintendent will independently complete property inspections, repairs, and prepare repair bids to facilitate renovation of MS Renewal homes.
The role operates in the field at our properties across the metro area and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. The employee must travel to properties within the area and may be required to perform physically demanding tasks, including unassisted lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, walking, kneeling, stretching, overhead reaching, use of step or extension ladders up to 30 feet, work in confined spaces, and exposure to fumes, dust, and poor ventilation while adhering to company safety requirements.

The employee must demonstrate the ability to perform all duties in a safe manner at all times. Travel to our properties around the metro area will be required.
