Job summary

Main Street Renewal is seeking a Renovation Superintendent to independently inspect properties, guide repairs, and manage rehab projects across the metro area. You will oversee vendors, ensure quality work, and maintain schedules to meet company standards while delivering excellent service to residents in occupied homes.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in residential renovation, strong communication, and a hands-on maintenance mindset, with a valid driver's license and ability to travel as

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential renovation/maintenance experience or related field.
• Knowledge of building and property management codes.
• Must have a current and valid driver license.
• Ability to travel to properties in the metro area.

Responsibilities

• Perform property inspections and prepare repair bids.
• Oversee repairs and manage vendors and timelines.
• Perform hands-on maintenance and rehab work for residents.
• Capture before/after photos of renovations.
• Ensure work meets MS Renewal standards and safety requirements.
