Job summary

Chadwell Supply is a family-owned maintenance supply company with 29 branches nationwide. We are seeking an enthusiastic Project Expeditor/Warehouse Associate to help keep renovation projects moving smoothly from start to finish.

You will work with Renovation Field Managers to gather specs and conduct on-site visits. Join a team that values collaboration and growth, with full-time hours, weekday schedule, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other business applications.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Must be capable of lifting up to 60 pounds, sitting and/or standing for extended periods, climbing stairs and/or ladders, bending, stooping, and carrying products up and down steps, stairs, ramps, and walkways.
• Occasional overnight travel (≈10%) may be required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite visits to assess project scope and gather measurements.
• Support Renovation Sales and customers for pre-project planning to ensure smooth job starts and accuracy.
• Act as a customer liaison by collaborating with internal departments to meet renovation requirements.
• Maintain an understanding of Chadwell Supply inventory, special order products, and installation services.
• Perform follow-up visits with customers.
• May provide guidance and training to other team members.

Overview

Chadwell Supply is a successful family-owned maintenance supply company with 29 Branches Nationwide. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and detail-minded individual to work as a Chadwell Supply Warehouse Associate.

As a Project Expeditor you’ll work closely with our Renovation Field Managers to help keep projects moving efficiently and effectively. From gathering project specifications to conducting onsite customer visits, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
