Job summary

Chadwell Supply is seeking a Warehouse Associate (Project Expeditor) to support renovation projects. You will work with Renovation Field Managers, gather measurements, and coordinate with sales for seamless starts.

This role requires a proactive communicator capable of handling field visits and customer interactions. Join a growing, family-owned maintenance supplier with 30 branches nationwide and a history of recognition.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite visits to assess project scope and gather measurements.
• Support Renovation Sales and customers for pre-project planning to ensure smooth starts and accuracy.
• Act as a customer liaison by coordinating with internal departments to meet renovation project requirements.
• Maintain understanding of Chadwell Supply inventory, special order products, and installation services.
• Perform follow-up visits with customers and assist training of team members as needed.
• May provide guidance to other team members to ensure project success.
• Ensure smooth execution of projects from start to finish.
