We’re a local general contractor specializing in remodels and tenant improvements for our expanding portfolio of multi-family apartment communities. As we continue to grow, we’re looking to add skilled, versatile team members to our renovation crew in the Tacoma area. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience across all phases of apartment renovation, including demolition, drywall, painting, carpentry, flooring, cabinet installation, plumbing, electrical, fixture installation, and interior punch/finish work. Responsibilities: • Take ownership of assigned tasks – demo to construction, clean, and everything in between • Prepare for and complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring project timelines are maintained • Collaborate with your team to maximize the contributions of each team member in close work environments • Field Quality Control - Take responsibility for the quality of your work and ensure dthe esired delivery of the product • Identify cost/time-saving renovation opportunities • Adhere to company safety rules and procedures • Maintain a clean and professional project site • Communicate clearly and effectively with coworkers and other construction professionals Qualifications: • Comprehensive knowledge of residential construction and renovations • A wide range of construction techniques to cover all renovation-related work • Desire to learn from and increase proficiency in a teamwork environment • Expert level of one or more construction abilities, along with the capability to teach others from these abilities • Willingness to set and achieve challenging objectives • Exceptional eye for detail and deadlines • Ability to communicate clearly • Positive approach and strong personal traits • Determination to make sure the job is done correctly • Preparedness to travel to job sites in the Tacoma area Compensation: $18 - $24 hourly
