Key Responsibilities

• Washes and prepares raw food ingredients, following recipes from printed cards or by memory according to the company's manual.
• Operates power-driven machinery to prepare food ingredients.
• Cooks, sautés, boils, and fries food products.
• Ensures food is cooked, reheated, cooled to safe temperatures, properly dated, rotated, and stored according to health regulations.
• Demonstrates complete understanding of our menu.
• Assists with serving orders and tending to guest needs.
