Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy in Reno, NV seeks a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment. The PT will evaluate and treat patients across hospital, clinic, and rehab settings, using evidence-based exercise and manual therapy to improve mobility and reduce pain.

Strong clinical skills, effective communication, and the ability to work with a multidisciplinary team are required. Start ASAP; 40 hours/week, days shift, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs.
• Apply physical therapy techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to ensure coordinated care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise and injury prevention.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment and follow infection control guidelines.
