Job summary

Rocky Brands is seeking a Flexible Operator to provide operational support in our Sparks distribution center. The role involves taking on tasks as needed and assisting the Induction team with missing cases, under the direction of the Induction Lead or Supervisor.

This hourly position pays $22.50 per hour and runs from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM. It places you in a fast-paced DC environment around conveyors, pallet jacks, and forklifts, with an emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Job description

The Flexible Operator provides operational support within the warehouse by picking up tasks as needed, assisting the Induction team with missing cases, and carrying out additional requests from the Induction Lead or Supervisor.

Hourly Rate of Pay: $22.50/hr

Shift Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

Distribution Center: This position operates within a fastpaced distribution center environment. Work is performed around conveyor systems, pallet jacks, forklifts, and other materialhandling equipment. Noise levels range from moderate to loud depending on operational activity. Employees may work in areas with concrete floors, hightraffic zones, and variable lighting.

Temperatures may fluctuate based on seasonal weather and warehouse ventilation. Work may occur in shipping/receiving dock areas where outdoor conditions can impact airflow and temperature.

The role requires frequent standing, walking, and moving throughout the facility, including navigating between aisles, racks, and storage locations.
