Intelligent Fire Systems & Solutions (IFSS) is seeking a Commercial Fire Protection Project Manager Lead in Reno, NV. You will steer commercial fire-life safety construction projects from pre-construction planning through closeout, ensuring compliance with budgets, codes, and timelines.

Based in the Reno/Sparks area, you will coordinate with leadership, site teams, vendors, and clients while managing schedules, RFIs, change orders, and risk registers to protect lives and property.

Formación

• Coordinate commercial fire-protection projects, budgets, and closeout protocols.
• Read and interpret drawings, contracts, specs, and workflows.
• Valid driverb s license with local travel to Reno/Sparks sites.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end execution of commercial safety construction projects.
• Develop and manage detailed schedules using Gantt/CPM.
• Serve as primary contact among leadership, site teams, vendors, and clients.
• Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, punch lists, and risk registers.
• Ensure OSHA-compliant safety protocols and PPE deployment.
