Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Business Manager, Property Operations to support regional portfolios by driving efficiency, financial performance, and compliance. You will partner with regional leaders to oversee occupancy, maintenance, and budgeting, ensuring Asset Living standards across properties.

The role requires strong communication, regulatory knowledge, and experience in multifamily operations, with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Minimum of three years in multifamily property management or asset management.
• Proficiency with property management systems (Yardi, RealPage, MRI) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support occupancy management and renewal workflows to retain residents.
• Oversee maintenance follow-up and service quality across properties.
• Manage delinquency, collections, and rent recovery processes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Collaborate with Regional Portfolio Managers and Leasing teams to drive KPIs.
