Qualifications

• Equivalent combinations of hands-on industry experience and certifications will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, assess and re-underwrite a defined portfolio of Commercial Lines renewal business.
• Formulate accurate pricing strategies and renewal quotes within service windows.
• Review agency reports to identify profitability trends and mitigate long-term losses.
• Collaborate with production underwriters and independent agents to negotiate policy terms.
• Oversee renewal processing instructions, endorsements, and compliance checks.
• Manage risks within designated authority thresholds and escalate when limits are exceeded.
