Position Overview

The Autodesk Water Infrastructure Customer Success Specialists (CSS) focus on managing renewals for small and medium-sized businesses by driving product and process adoption. They help customers utilize their Autodesk Water Infrastructure software to maximize their investment, partner with the Sales team on account and territory planning, handle escalations, strategize on Customer Success Initiatives, drive product enablement, and leverage Customer Success Resources.

Responsibilities
  • Promote customer satisfaction, product adoption, retention, and renewals.
  • Drive customer renewals by encouraging usage and adoption of solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to position long-term subscriptions for qualified customers.
  • Develop plans for 'at-risk' customers.
  • Understand customer business challenges and map Autodesk solutions accordingly.
  • Monitor customer data, health indicators, renewal dates, and growth opportunities to strategize success.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Influence the customer lifecycle through renewals.
  • Develop needs assessments for training initiatives.
  • Contribute thought leadership on business transformation and user adoption.
  • Document customer activity in Salesforce & Outreach.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with customers.
  • Provide accurate weekly forecasts.
  • Assist team with data discrepancies.
  • Host monthly best practice review calls and document outcomes.
  • Support Renewal Manager as needed.
  • Represent the CSS team in cross-functional meetings and report outcomes.
  • Coach new hires and existing team members.
  • Develop product specialization.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 4+ years in customer success, renewals, or inside sales.
  • Proven success record.
  • Experience at a software company.

Salary Transparency

Starting OTE in the U.S. ranges from $112,100 to $162,250, including base salary and commissions. Compensation varies based on experience and location, with additional bonuses and stock options.
