Position: Renewals Marketing Specialist

As a Renewals Marketing Specialist, you will support MIG’s marketing efforts by managing the renewal process for existing accounts, playing a key role in client retention through coordination with carriers, clients, and internal teams to deliver competitive insurance solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the renewal process for existing MIG clients by gathering required information and coordinating with carriers for quotes.
2. Use MIG tools and carrier portals to manage the renewal lifecycle efficiently.
3. Communicate with underwriters, finance companies, and internal stakeholders to assemble comprehensive renewal packages.
4. Monitor and manage a pipeline of upcoming renewals, ensuring timely marketing and submissions.
5. Maintain strong relationships with clients and carrier partners to provide outstanding service throughout the renewal process.
6. Follow established procedures while using independent judgment to match clients with appropriate insurance products.
7. Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and other departments to ensure a seamless client experience.
8. Uphold the highest standards of ethics and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Risk Management, or related field.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
4. Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
5. Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
6. Preferred: Previous experience in insurance or transportation industry.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
