As aRenewals Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting MIG’s marketing efforts by managing the renewal process for existing accounts. You’ll play a key role in helping retain business by coordinating with carriers, clients, and internal teams to deliver competitive insurance solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the renewal process for existing MIG clients by gathering required information and coordinating with carriers to provide competitive quotes
  • Use MIG tools and carrier portals to manage the renewal lifecycle efficiently
  • Communicate with underwriters, finance companies, and internal stakeholders to assemble comprehensive renewal packages
  • Monitor and manage a pipeline of upcoming renewals, ensuring accounts are proactively marketed and submitted on time
  • Maintain strong relationships with both clients and carrier partners to provide outstanding service throughout the renewal process
  • Follow established procedures while using independent judgment to match clients with appropriate insurance products
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Account Management, and other internal departments to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Uphold the highest ethical and confidentiality standards

What we look for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Risk Management, or related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills
  • Previous insurance or transportation industry experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy
