This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Renewals Manager to play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and revenue continuity. You will be responsible for leading and managing the full renewal lifecycle—from initial engagement through negotiation and closure. Working remotely within the U.S., you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams including Customer Success, Legal, Finance, and Commercial to ensure timely and accurate renewals. Your ability to drive strategic improvements, create clear processes, and maintain precision in CRM systems will be key to success in this role.

Accountabilities:

  • Proactively engage customers ahead of renewal dates to negotiate terms and secure on-time closures
  • Coordinate closely with Customer Success, Finance, Legal, and Commercial teams to resolve issues and optimize outcomes
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and documentation of renewals using CRM tools like Salesforce
  • Provide monthly updates to leadership on renewal trends, risks, and proposed process improvements
  • Build and manage a standardized Renewals Playbook, including best practices, workflows, and escalation paths
  • Ensure 100% accuracy and completeness in data feeding into reporting and financial planning processes
  • 5+ years of experience in a Renewals Manager or similar customer-facing role
  • Proven success in the Clinical Diagnostics or Life Sciences industry
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and negotiation skills
  • BS in Bioinformatics, Genetics, or a life science-related field (preferred)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and renewal lifecycle tracking
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to manage complex contract timelines
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
