Bluesight is seeking a Renewals Manager to secure contract renewals and minimize revenue churn across a $30M–$40M recurring base. You will negotiate terms, manage renewal contracts, and partner with Customer Success and Sales to maximize retention and growth.
The role requires deep experience in SaaS renewals, strong communication, and project management skills. The position reports to the Customer Success leadership and supports a continental United States focus.

The customer Renewals Manager focuses on the latter half of the customer lifecycle: securing contract renewals, negotiating terms, and minimizing revenue churn. The Renewals Manager will be measured on ability to eliminate churn before and at the point of renewal while fostering the success, growth, and expansion of each customer account. The territory encompasses a customer base worth $30M to $40M in total recurring revenue – retaining this revenue at the highest rate possible while partnering with those customers and internal teams, like Customer Success and Sales, to ensure their success is absolutely pivotal to Bluesight’s continued growth.
$80,000 - $100,000 a year
The standard base pay range for this role is $80,000 to $100,000 annually. In addition to base salary this position is also eligible for commission/variable compensation based on achieving specified quotas/KPIs with the expected OTR of $100,000-120,000 annually. Actual amounts and salary will vary depending on the position offered, experience, performance, and location.
