Qualifications

• 2–5 years of Personal Lines Property & Casualty Insurance underwriting experience or relevant professional experience.
• Property & Casualty Licensure required or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Developing knowledge of underwriting concepts, practices, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist the underwriter in reviewing renewal business to ensure the best risks.
• Prioritize the renewal work queue to maintain renewal issuance standards.
• Communicate with brokers to ensure mutual understanding and resolve problems.
