Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in insurance and/or related field. Completion of IIA or similar designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist BDCs with renewal pricing and underwriting requirements.
• Determine renewal eligibility and insurability for policyholders.
• Coordinate endorsements and respond to requests from rating bureaus and state agencies.
• Mentor CSRs and service center staff on underwriting policies and procedures.
• Review and adjust policy structures to stay compliant with rules and regulations.
