ZippyApp Talentral Corp. is looking for an Account Manager/Collection Specialist to contact customers with expired Rental Agreements and work toward renewals and re-sales. The role blends sales responsibilities with collection activities and may involve field visits to discuss accounts or pickup merchandise.

Qualifications

• Prior sales or account management experience is required.
• Valid State Driver License with clean driving history; willingness to travel to customer locations.
• Drug screen and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Contact expired rental customers to assess needs and renew or arrange pickup.
• Maintain diligence, urgency, and consistency in accounts management.
• Call references on non-responsive accounts.
• Mail letters according to the mail program.
• Identify renewal opportunities and schedule voluntary merchandise turn-ins.
• Manage field collections and de-installations where needed.
• Company offers base pay, commissions, bonuses, and benefits.
