Qualifications

• Completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in an engineering major from an accredited university.
• Ability to start in the next 1-2 months.
• Design modification experience preferred.
• Experience in preparing design calculations is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and design power systems at power-generating facilities.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines on projects.
• Manage budget, scope, schedule, and quality with minimal guidance.
• Prepare error-free engineering documents per industry codes and standards.
• Maintain knowledge of industry codes, safety culture, and nuclear design techniques.
• Produce high-quality engineering deliverables aligned with QA programs.
• Build relationships with clients and provide quality engineering solutions.
• Travel to plant sites for interface and walk-downs of structures, systems, and components.
