ENERCON is seeking enthusiastic Electrical Engineers to design and evaluate power systems at energy facilities across diverse locations. You will collaborate with multiple disciplines and interface with clients while delivering high-quality engineering outputs.

The role requires strong technical writing, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills, plus readiness to travel to sites as needed in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in teams and coordinate with other disciplines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and project locations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and design power systems at power-generating facilities.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines and stakeholders.
• Manage budget, scope, schedule, and quality for assigned work with minimal guidance.
• Prepare engineering documents (drawings, sketches, calculations) per codes and standards.
• Maintain knowledge of industry codes, safety culture, and nuclear design techniques.
• Produce high-quality deliverables in line with QA programs and client expectations.
• Build client relationships through professional interactions and engineering solutions.
• Travel to plant sites for site interface and walk-downs.
