Job summary

ENERCON Services, Inc. is seeking enthusiastic Electrical Engineers to design and evaluate power systems at power-generating facilities across diverse projects. The role emphasizes collaboration with multiple disciplines, travel to client sites, and delivering high-quality engineering outputs.

Ideal candidates will have a strong electrical engineering foundation, excellent communication, and the ability to work both independently and in teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
• Able to start in 1–2 months.
• Strong foundation in core electrical concepts.
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills.
• Able to work as an individual contributor and in teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Must be able to climb stairs and ladders at client sites.
• Must be able to navigate client sites to conduct walkdowns.
• Must be able to work outdoors.
• Willingness to travel for client/company projects.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and design power systems at power-generating facilities.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines on projects.
• Manage budget, scope, schedule, and quality with minimal guidance.
• Prepare error-free engineering documents (drawings, sketches, inputs, calculations) per industry codes/standards.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry codes, safety culture, and nuclear design techniques.
• Produce high-quality deliverables compliant with QA programs.
• Build relationships with clients through professional interactions and solutions.
• Travel to plant sites for interface with client personnel and walk-downs.
