Job summary

HomeServices Insurance, Inc. is seeking a Personal Lines Customer Service Associate in New Brighton, MN. You will review renewals, explain premium changes, and identify gaps in coverage while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

You will requote policies, assist with applications, and stay current on carrier products, discounts, and underwriting guidelines. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential to deliver high-quality service to clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in personal lines customer service.
• Current state personal lines agent/broker license.
• Working knowledge of personal lines products and insurance laws.

Responsibilities

• Review renewals and compare policies; investigate major premium increases.
• Advise clients on coverages and risk management needs.
• Requote policies; send applications and forms; enter data into the agency system.
• Stay updated on carriers’ policies, packages, coverages, discounts and underwriting guidelines.
• Report potential errors and omissions or complaints; perform additional duties as needed.
