Job summary

RRC Power & Energy, LLC. is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead multi-discipline energy projects from our Round Rock, TX office.

You will manage scopes, schedules, costs, and risk while coordinating with engineering, construction, and client teams to deliver high-quality renewable energy solutions. The role requires 5+ years of leadership experience in energy or construction projects, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field (Engineering, Construction, or Project Management) is required.
• Minimum 5 years leading project teams in multi-disciplinary engineering or construction of renewable energy systems.
• PMP, PgMP, CAPM or similar certifications are highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a project team to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets using MS Project.
• Act as primary client contact and coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation plans, and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
