Job summary

Top ENR Electrical Contractor seeks a Renewables Project Executive to lead a portfolio of commercial PV projects. You will mentor project managers, ensure on-time and on-budget delivery, and optimize resources across multiple initiatives while upholding safety standards.

You will drive strategic planning, oversee budgets and schedules, and build strong client and partner relationships to grow the renewables division.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years in renewable Photovoltaics (PV) energy project management, including 3+ in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of renewable technologies, project finance, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage complex schedules/budgets, and deliver results.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, PMP preferred).
