Job summary

Top ENR Electrical Contractor is seeking a Renewables Project Executive to lead a portfolio of commercial-scale PV projects. You will oversee project managers, ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery, and allocate resources to optimize performance.

You will foster client, partner, and internal team relationships, support pre-construction efforts, and promote continuous improvement across the renewables division.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years in renewable PV energy project management, incl. 3+ years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of renewable technologies, project finance, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage complex schedules and budgets, and deliver results.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, PMP preferred).
