Qualifications

• 5+ years of recent experience in construction contract management.
• Experience with large and complex construction projects in the range of $30MM to $150MM.
• 3+ years of recent experience using construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administering project contracts and drafting notices.
• Conduct contract terms review with the project team.
• Draft notices to subcontractors and engagement in project meetings.
