Job summary

The Green Recruitment Company is seeking a Project Finance Associate to support financial strategy and execution across solar, BESS, EV charging, and powered land assets. You will build and maintain detailed financial models, support buy- and sell-side M&A diligence, and analyze PPA and community solar RFPs in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of renewable energy project finance or related experience.
• Advanced Excel modeling and valuation skills.
• Experience with solar and/or BESS financing and tax equity structures.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models for projects and funds.
• Support M&A transactions including valuation and due diligence.
• Model PPA and community solar RFP responses.
• Gather inputs and validate assumptions for development-stage assets.
• Prepare investment memoranda and presentation materials.
• Assist with transaction structuring and financing documents.
• Monitor late-stage and operational project finances and risks.
• Track market trends and benchmarks for solar and BESS financing.
