Job summary

EDP Renewals, based in Houston, seeks an Asset Management Associate to oversee operating and late-development renewable assets (800–2,000 MW). The role supports budget planning, performance oversight, market knowledge, and the asset management framework across projects.

You will coordinate with Asset Operations, Finance, Procurement and Legal to manage PPA, interconnection, and O&M contracts while tracking obligations and driving value across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering or related field.
• MBA strongly preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Support project P&L activities by tracking performance and analyzing variances.
• Assist with development of budgets and long-term plans with internal stakeholders.
• Perform variance analyses and explain financial/operational performance vs budget and targets.
• Update financial estimates in collaboration with Operations and Finance.
• Manage contract execution support with Procurement and Legal.
• Coordinate with Operations, OEMs, and service providers to improve performance and reduce risk.
• Support portfolio-level initiatives to improve fleet performance and reporting to partners.
