Ormat Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Finance Analyst for Tax Equity & Project Finance to support renewable energy project finance transactions within the Energy Storage segment. You will model, structure, and execute tax equity deals, debt financing, and related diligence with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years in project finance, structured finance, tax equity, renewable energy finance, or similar.
• Strong financial modeling skills including project finance, DCF, cash waterfalls, and scenarios.
• Knowledge of tax equity, construction/debt financing, and financial close processes preferred.
• Experience in renewable energy, energy storage, or project-level financing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, audit, and update detailed renewable energy project finance models including debt, tax equity, and cash flows.
• Support tax equity structuring, diligence, documentation, investor requests, and closing processes.
• Assist with lender processes, debt sizing, draw mechanics, and covenant analysis.
• Coordinate due diligence with internal teams and external advisors; manage data rooms and Q&A logs.
• Support financial close via checklist management, document review, model updates, and reporting.
• Prepare recurring compliance certificates and investor/lender reporting packages.
