The role focuses on advancing decarbonization goals while ensuring reliability and regulatory compliance across multiple operating companies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in technical/financial field; MBA strongly desired.
• 10+ years in energy project development or related field; leadership experience preferred.
• Proven track record in utility-scale renewable and gas project execution.
• Strong regulatory, financial modeling, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent leadership and strategic planning abilities.
• Ability to interact with executive leadership and the Board.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term strategies for renewable and gas generation development.
• Lead project development through site selection, permitting, interconnection, and financial structuring.
• Coordinate across internal teams and with external partners to deliver projects.
• Diligence of acquisitions and manage large-scale project risks.
