Job summary

KPMG LLP is seeking a Manager, Trade & Customs - Renewable Energy to join our Trade and Customs practice. You will advise energy clients on IRA requirements, Buy American rules, and country-of-origin determinations, guiding complex compliance efforts.

You will lead projects, develop training, and contribute to market development while collaborating with senior professionals. Travel may be required, and you must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of direct renewable energy or domestic content regulatory compliance experience.
• JD/LLM preferred; bachelor’s degree required; various credentials may be pursued after hire.
• In-depth experience with U.S. domestic content and IRA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on IRA, Buy American acts, and Trade Agreements.
• Lead and manage client projects on domestic content analysis and tariff impact.
• Support market development, thought leadership, and industry events.
• Research and review advice on domestic content and trade topics.
• Manage project engagements and team development.
