Seeking a Renewable Energy Technician to support the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of utility-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), substations, and transmission systems. This is a hands‑on high‑voltage role focused on safe, reliable site operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform construction, maintenance, and operation of substations and BESS equipment
• Troubleshoot protection & control equipment and relay schemes
• Respond to emergency repairs and after‑hours callouts
• Maintain LOTO proficiency and adhere to safety protocols
• Read and interpret high‑voltage electrical schematics
• Interface with contractors and third parties

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 4+ years medium/high-voltage electrical experience (or military equivalent)
• Experience using electrical diagnostic tools
• Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics
• Strong safety and communication skills
