Qualifications

• 2 years of project management in a customer-facing role.
• 2 years of experience in the renewable energy industry.
• Willingness to travel 10%.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute multi-year renewable energy projects from contracting to commissioning, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to customer and stakeholder requirements.
• Serve as the point of contact for customers such as utility-scale renewable energy developers, maintaining regular communication to understand their needs, provide updates, and address concerns related to project planning and execution.
• Manage cross-functional teams including sales, product management, engineering, overseas business units, service, logistics, finance, and vendors, to ensure project alignment and successful execution.
• Coordinate and lead regular meetings with customers, internal teams, and vendors to maintain clear alignment, prioritization, and progress tracking.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and lessons learned.
• Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring projects meet defined objectives and contractual obligations.
• Manage multiple large projects, work under pressure, and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment.
• Learn Delta’s internal system to manage solution projects.
