Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy is seeking a Proposal Specialist to assist the Estimating team with solar and energy storage project proposals. You will collaborate with marketers and engineers to create compelling, compliant responses and maintain robust proposal templates and graphics.

The role emphasizes content development, schedule management, and cross-functional collaboration to improve win potential in renewable energy projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, public relations, communications, business or related field.
1–3 years of experience in prepositioning and proposal development for projects.
Experience creating content for marketing objectives in Renewable Energy (Solar) industry.

Responsibilities

Support Lead Estimator and Estimating Manager through the full proposal process.
Maintain six-week look-ahead proposal schedules.
Collaborate with marketing to improve graphics and proposal templates using Adobe Creative Suite.
Develop metrics to track proposal department effectiveness and win rates.
