Job summary

Sigma Earth is seeking a civil engineering and project leadership professional to manage client relationships and help grow market opportunities in renewable energy. You will supervise engineers and designers, serving as a technical design specialist for projects across solar, wind, and storage sectors.

The role emphasizes leadership in complex civil designs, multi-discipline coordination, and delivering integrated deliverables aligned with business goals. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or STEM-adjacent field.
• Professional Engineer license (P.E. or equivalent) is beneficial.
• Strong background in civil engineering design and project management.
• Experience with renewable energy permitting and cross-functional delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships, support team growth, contribute to project pursuits, and help expand market opportunities.
• Supervise, mentor, develop, and empower engineers, technicians, and designers.
• Serve as a technical design specialist for renewable energy projects.
• Lead and manage complex civil engineering designs and project delivery for renewable energy clients, including solar, wind, battery storage, and related sectors.
