The role involves advising on energy transactions, drafting and negotiating complex documents, performing due diligence, and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams while staying current on industry developments.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in domestic and international business transactions, energy sector preferred.
• Mergers & acquisitions or project finance experience is advantageous.
• Strong drafting and negotiation abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on energy transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and project development.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex transaction documents.
• Conduct due diligence for M&A deals, including legal research.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in various specialty areas.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in relevant laws.
• Assist on other legal matters concerning project development and M&A as needed.
