The role requires organizing and proactive problem-solving, with travel up to 15% for site visits and customer meetings. Hybrid schedule with in-office and remote work options.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing role in solar, energy storage, or building controls.
• Experience with hardware communication setups and protocols (RS-485, Modbus, TCP/IP).
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawing sets for solar/storage projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for audiences of varying technical levels.
• Strong attention to detail with bias for action.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% for site visits and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer meetings to identify technical requirements and provide solutions.
• Serve as the initial contact for technical and project inquiries during implementation and onboarding.
• Review project documentation to define scope.
• Quote monitoring/controls solutions that fit customer needs.
• Develop system design concepts and technical specifications.
• Assist Application Engineers during new project deployments with clarifications.
• Coordinate cross-functional timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
• Evaluate parts and vendors for non-standard projects and additional capabilities.
• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training.
• Help refine internal processes for project fulfillment.
