PSE is seeking a Project Manager – Renewable Energy to lead strategic energy projects from origination through closeout. You will direct engineering and design across electrical, civil, and structural disciplines and act as the main client contact to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Renewable Energy, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in project management, engineering, or project delivery within the energy, infrastructure, or renewable energy industry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience managing engineering design projects and/or energy infrastructure projects; experience with solar, BESS, or microgrids is preferred.
• Experience working in a consulting, utility, developer, or EPC environment is highly preferred.
• PMP certification is preferred but not required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Lead project management for strategic renewable energy projects throughout the full project lifecycle, from origination and feasibility through design, procurement, construction, and closeout.
• Manage engineering and design projects, coordinating electrical, civil, and structural disciplines to deliver turnkey solutions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and high client satisfaction.
• Coordinate internal and external teams, including engineers, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and resource plans to keep projects on track and within budget.
• Apply project management tools, methodologies, and best practices to manage scope, cost, schedule, resources, and risk.
• Support procurement and contracting activities, including RFP development, bid evaluations, and contractor coordination.
• Provide technical project oversight and knowledge of renewable energy systems (solar PV, BESS, microgrids, energy infrastructure).
• Collaborate with construction teams and understand sequencing, constructability, and field coordination.
